Return of Goods Rules

1. General Provisions

According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.22810, paragraph 2), the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for non-standard, custom-made goods that were manufactured according to the measurements or specifications provided by the customer.

For this reason, shower walls, glass structures, automotive, agricultural or other machinery glasses that are manufactured or selected according to a specific model or dimensions cannot be returned, unless they have manufacturing defects or were delivered incorrectly.

2. When can I return the product?

Returns are only possible in the following cases:

  • The product received is not the one that was ordered;
  • The product has obvious manufacturing defects (e.g. cracked, scratched, deformed);
  • The product was damaged during transportation (in this case, a certificate from the courier or a photo during delivery is required).

In such cases, the customer must inform us by e-mail within 2 business days of delivery, attach photos and describe the situation.

3. Return process

  1. Contact us by e-mail by email info@finglass.lt and provide information about the damage or non-conformity;
  2. Upon receipt of confirmation, we will agree on the terms of return or replacement;
  3. Return or replacement of poor-quality goods is carried out at the seller's expense.

Warranty

1. Warranty period

Glass products, regardless of whether they are shower walls or transport glass, are subject to a 12-month warranty from the date of transfer of the goods, unless otherwise specified.

2. The warranty does not apply if:

  • The product is damaged due to improper installation (not following the instructions);
  • The glass is mechanically damaged (e.g. cracked from impact or stress);
  • Aggressive chemicals or cleaning agents have been used;
  • The product has been used for purposes other than its intended purpose or has been modified.

3. Warranty service process

  1. Contact us by e-mail or phone;
  2. Provide order details and a description of the damage;
  3. If the defect is recognized as covered by the warranty, we will replace the product or carry out repairs free of charge.
