Terms and conditions of use

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules establish the terms of sale between UAB "Finglass" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the Buyer purchasing goods in the online store.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to these rules.

1.3. The Seller has the right to update the rules at any time. The current rules apply to orders placed at that time.

2. Ordering goods

2.1. The Buyer may order goods:

• By submitting a request in the online store (e.g. for shower walls of individual dimensions);
• Directly by e-mail or telephone.

2.2. Some goods (especially glass products) are manufactured only according to individual orders. In such cases, the final production deadline, price and technical conditions are agreed individually with the client.

2.3. The order is considered final only when:

• All technical parameters have been agreed (e.g. dimensions, glass type, cutting, etc.);
• Payment information has been received (if applicable).

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are given in euros including VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Payment methods:

• By bank transfer according to the provided advance invoice;
• In cash or by card upon receipt of the goods on site (if applicable);
• Through e-banking, if installed on the website.

3.3. The production or assembly of goods shall commence only upon receipt of payment (or part thereof).

4. Order execution terms

4.1. Goods shall be manufactured or delivered within a specified time period, which shall be specified upon placing the order.

4.2. The production term may depend on the type of glass, individual order parameters, supplier availability, etc. Usually it ranges from 3 to 15 working days.

4.3. The customer shall be informed of any changes in terms by e-mail or telephone.

5. Buyer's obligations

5.1. The buyer undertakes to:

• Provide accurate data (name, address, contacts, dimensions);
• Pay for the order on time;
• Follow the instructions for safe installation or transportation.

5.2. If the ordered product is manufactured according to incorrectly provided dimensions or technical requirements, the responsibility lies with the buyer.

6. Seller's rights and responsibilities

6.1. The seller has the right:

• Refuse to fulfill the order if the buyer does not pay for the order;
• Suspend execution due to unforeseen supply disruptions, immediately informing the customer.

6.2. The Seller is not responsible for:

• Measurement or specification errors made by the Buyer;
• Losses incurred due to incorrect installation or use of the products.
