1. General provisions

1.1. This privacy policy regulates how UAB "Finglass" (hereinafter referred to as "We, the Seller") collects, uses and stores personal data of visitors to the website (hereinafter referred to as "Website") (hereinafter referred to as "You, the Buyer").

1.2. When processing personal data, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts.

Name, surname; Telephone number;
E-mail address; Delivery/pickup address;
Order information (products, quantities, comments);

Accounting documents (e.g. invoices) are retained for 10 years, as required by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
